we have hair chairs available at our goldfinch salon on travis drive, and we're opening them to a small number of independent stylists.

not a job. not a commission split. a chair of your own, in a room that's already built, in a salon that's already open.

the basics

$200 a week. your own chair, mirror, and station storage, plus the shampoo area, towels, and laundry. wifi, utilities, and free parking for you and your clients. you bring your own products and tools.

your first 60 days are $150 a week while you move your book over.

billed weekly, month to month. no long lock-in.

how it works

you're an independent business renting space from us. you set your own prices, keep 100% of what you make, choose your own hours, bring your own tools and product, and book your clients directly. we don't schedule you or take a cut.

the space

goldfinch was remodeled in 2024 — bright, quiet, high ceilings, chairs set far enough apart that you can actually talk to your client. our nail team stays in-house, so your clients can add a manicure or pedicure onto their visit without leaving the building.

it's a slower, more intentional salon. that's on purpose, and the stylists who do well here tend to want the same thing.
