These terms apply when you use www.olasflamingo.com, book with us, or visit our salons at 12 south and goldfinch in Nashville, Tennessee. By using the site or booking, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

booking

Online booking, payments, memberships and gift cards run through Mangomint, our booking provider, and its terms also apply there. Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm and remind you. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free.

cancellations and no-shows

Please give us 48 hours to cancel or move an appointment. A cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, or a no-show, is charged the full price of the service.

prices

Prices on this site are starting prices and can change without notice. Your final price depends on your hair or nails, the time needed and the products used. Your stylist or nail artist tells you before starting if the price will be higher.

redos and refunds

Manicure redos are available only within 7 days of your appointment, for any polish type. After 7 days there are no redos or refunds, and any fix is booked as a new service at full price. Pedicures are not eligible for redos. Services already given are not refundable. Please tell us before you leave if something is not right.

gift cards and memberships

Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase, work for hair and nail services at both salons, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it. Memberships bill monthly through Mangomint, with no contract: cancel with 30 days' written notice. Unused credit follows the rules of your plan (the pedi. credit expires at month end; flamingo. and flamingo plus. credits roll over for 60 days). Our cancellation policy applies to member bookings.

your health and safety

Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy or medicines that could affect a service. We may ask for a patch or strand test, and we may decline or change a service if we think it is not safe. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to book and give consent.

parties, groups and consulting

Parties, group bookings and consulting sessions are confirmed by email, with any deposit, minimum or cancellation terms written in that confirmation.

using this website

Photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to olas & flamingo or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Do not misuse the site or its forms, for example by sending spam or harmful code.

We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is". Hours, services, team members and prices can change. Links to other sites, such as Mangomint, Google or social media, are their responsibility, not ours.

limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, olas & flamingo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or our services. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Tennessee law that cannot be limited.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.

changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date and applies from that date.
